Date formats - specify the format you use in the database and the format you wish to display.
Language settings - if using different languages, set the current one here.
Debugging mode - set the error display options.
Update includes folder - this option will update the files contained in the includes folder of the site in order to synchronize the local and the testing servers.
Login settings - configure the unified login options.
Required server libraries - set the image processing library you want to use when resizing or creating thumbnails.
E-mail settings - set all of your mail server options.
