This chapter provides information about generating and sending e-mail messages in dynamic sites and the benefits that come with it. E-mail messages obviously improve interactivity and drive more people to the web site.
For example, an e-mail message could be sent automatically to require an account validation; it could also notify that somebody has posted a message in a forum, or that a purchase decision needs to be confirmed by the buyer. In all these cases, the e-mail message is usually generated dynamically (filling in some information in an e-mail template) when the site visitors submit a form or click certain links. MX Kollection 3 automates the e-mail sending process, to relieve the developers' and site owners' effort.
